Ballineen is named after home, and that's not accidental. It reflects exactly how we approach every client relationship: with the care, familiarity, and long-term commitment you'd only give to something that truly matters.
Technology has been a constant throughout my life. From studying Computer Science at University College Cork, to working across sectors including hospitality, security, and safety. I've spent years understanding not just how technology works, but how it works inside real businesses with real pressures.
My father owns a business. Watching him navigate the challenges of running an SME, the manual workarounds, the disconnected systems, the technology decisions made without proper guidance, shaped everything about why Ballineen exists. I built this to be the company I wish he'd had access to.
Working with companies in hospitality, and in the security and safety sector gave me a breadth of experience most technology consultants don't have. I've seen what happens when systems fail at scale, when integrations break, when a business outgrows its infrastructure. More importantly, I know how to solve it.
